By subscribing to or purchasing from N.A.I.L. Mail Club, you agree to the following terms:

 

SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PROCESSING TIMES

Subscriptions run from the 5th to the 25th of each month. Orders placed on or before the 25th will be shipped by the end of that same month. Orders placed after the 25th will be included in the following month’s mailing. They will likely take between 1-7 days to arrive.

SHIPPING

Shipping is free for all subscription members. Please note that we cannot provide tracking updates once the subscription item has been shipped.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

We do not accept refunds or returns. This is due to our stock being made-to-order. We only offer returns/refunds if there has been a fault on our end or the product is damaged.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Fair use refers to limited use of copyrighted content for purposes such as commentary, parody and satire, criticism, news reporting, education, and research. Whether a particular use qualifies as fair use depends on multiple legal factors.

All artwork, designs, and content from N.A.I.L. Mail Club fall under the commentary, parody, and satire Fair Use Law qualifications. Items produced and shared are for personal enjoyment only and may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The N.A.I.L. Mail Club is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or events outside our control.
